Request the President’s Participation

Please submit your request as early as possible. Though we try to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee that the President will be able to accede to your request. Please be aware that changes to your event (e.g., start/end time, venue, speakers, etc.) may impact the president’s availability. Starred (*) questions must be answered at the time of application. All remaining information must be provided to the President's Office no later than 3 weeks before the event or meeting date.
